Technical Co-founder, SportCache
Software developer. STEM and sport are what I point it at.
I co-founded SportCache, a sports data system now used at athletics and cycling meets in Ghana.
I officiate as well, which is how I know what it has to get right.

Work
SportCache
2024 to presentA track meet produces its most valuable data in about ten seconds, and then everyone has to agree on what happened. SportCache is what I've been building to handle that, for athletics and now cycling.

SEED Afrique
Membership management for a multi-app platform, plus the database-per-app architecture holding athletics, forms, accreditation and membership together.

Dispatch System
ConceptA UI for delivery dispatch and rider management. Job assignment, live rider tracking and post-delivery reporting, designed end to end in Figma. The client didn't take it forward.

ESBD
Handed overTook the institution's site from hand-written HTML and CSS to a modern React stack. I laid the architecture and the foundation; another developer maintains it now.

I officiate the sport
I write software for.
Most people building competition software have read the rulebook. I've had to apply it on the track, under time pressure, with a result waiting on the call. That changes the decisions you make when you sit down to build. You already know which edge cases are real, which shortcuts an official will notice, and what has to be right the first time because there is no second race.

Building something that runs on live data?
I'm most useful where the data is real-time, the domain has rules, and getting it wrong in public is expensive.
